Dr. Eichstaedt pulled one of my back teeth. It was the best experience. Out in no time. I went to another oral surgeon for a tooth just because of insurance. Not good. I would use Dr. Eichstaedt and pay full price rather than suffer a less skilled surgeon.

My husband went to Dr. Eichstaedt for a necessary molar extraction. Our experience pre, during, and post service has been excellent. The office staff gave us the information and instructions we needed and we found them to be welcoming and efficient. Dr. Eichstaedt came highly recommended with many years of experience. I went in for a removal of an impacted wisdom, tooth, and Dr.Eichstaedt did a great job. He was very informative and very friendly. Because of my age 73 my recovery time was longer. I went back three times for him to check me out and he was very helpful to me and got me in right away. His office staff was very nice and friendly, and I liked to joke around with them. I am 34 years old and a mom of two toddlers who just got all 4 wisdom teeth (2 partially impacted) removed by Dr. E. I am about 4 days post-op but everything seems to have gone amazing and the pain hasn’t been nearly as bad as I was worrying about. I have been told since I was a teen I needed to have them removed and didn’t do it until this point in life. I was super nervous going into this procedure. I had previously been told (at other consults / other oral surgeons) that my lower wisdom teeth were a very difficult removal and risked nerve damage. I was also very concerned about the recovery and having a baby and other young child at home. I had also been previously told that it would be best to remove only the top portion of impacted teeth to decrease nerve damage risk. Dr. E quickly eased ALL of these concerns and worries. He was extremely kind and took the time to explain all details/ options and even his thoughts on nerve damage risk (which he felt to be very low and I trusted that). He eased my mind about the entire process from before the procedure, and what form of medication was to be used, to the post- op care. The staff here is amazing and kind! It was truly a wonderful experience and I am SO thankful I got a second opinion and ended up being with Dr. E! Again about 4 days out and the pain has been manageable with Advil/ Tylenol and gone pretty well! So thankful for him and this team!

I’m 89 and this is the first time I am highly recommending a dentist. My granddaughter dropped me off and was not impressed with the building But the minute I walked in the door it was pure comfort and his staff is outstanding. Receptionist X-ray Tech Office Manager all explain everything so an old half deaf lady gets it. Doctor Ralph is the most calming dentist I have ever met. I so appreciate that he accepts my insurance.

This is our first of several visits to BOS. Being naturally apprehensive at first, our nervousness dissipated as we met with Dr. Ralph. He answered every question and put us at ease with his professional care. He was very easy to talk, very pleasant and caring. Kelly, his assistant, answered any further questions we had including what to expect and down time. Between the two of them, all our anxiety disappeared and we made our next appointment. We always felt that the front desk staff and other employees are the Ambassadors to any business. These ladies were so very polite both on the phone with patients as well as with everyone who walked through the door. As we observed them, they also got along with each other-showing no tension between each other or with the doctor. This is truly a calm place to come to. Any natural apprehension we had disappeared.

My wife had an extraction and implant. Everything has been amazing, the staff are so kind, compassionate and good at what they do. They were incredibly accommodating but most of all the work they did was incredible and she healed very quickly. Highly recommend

I’m midway thru a difficult implant process but so far I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Eichstaedt’s work! He has great bedside manner, but more importantly, excellent dental skills! I have felt very comfortable with each step of the process. He’s great about taking time to answer any questions or concerns I have along the way! I have had a couple of longer than usual wait times but it has been for reasons beyond their control and they’re always very apologetic! Overall, I am very pleased with the services provided by Dr. Eichstaedt and his staff! Highly recommend!!

I have been coming here for years. The Dr is absolutely the best. He takes time to explain everything to you and he never hurries you out. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Kelly, the office manager, has gone above and beyond for me. She has called me to make sure I was aware of what my insurance was doing and went out of her way for me. I wish I could clone the whole office and implant them at my primary doctors office. Absolutely best experience especially considering it’s oral surgery.

If I could give more stars I would! Dr. E and his team are absolutely incredible. I have had two procedures done here. The first being an exposure surgery for impacted canines in 2023 as well as all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed recently on 12/11/25. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. E / Belleair Oral Surgery & Implants. From start to finish they are always pleasant and happy to assist, they're thorough with the information they give you, and they go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They allow you to make an informed decision regarding your procedure / options and do not rush you into a decision, instead they guide & assist you so that you feel confident in your decision. It is clear that their top priority is ensuring their patients are comfortable and happy at all times. I can honestly say my anxiety, worries, and concerns dissipated once consulting with Dr. E and getting that reassurance that everything would be just fine (& he was right! Went in for a wisdom teeth consultation and the staff was super friendly and the doctor gave me the information needed to make an informed decision; He really cares about his patients and won’t push surgery on you instead gives you all the information and lets you make an informed decision. Little over a day removed from having three wisdom teeth extracted. From the initial consult, I knew Dr. Eichstaedt was as professional as it comes. I'm someone who asks as many questions as possible, and after his thorough explanation of how the process would go, I had nothing for him. When I had the extractions done, his team kept me calm and the whole thing took about 45 minutes. Didn't feel a thing [had sedation] but even now, it is minimal pain. Incredible job from everyone at this office!

My experience with Bellaire Oral Surgery and ImImplants on 7/28/25 was exceptional.I was nervous about having the procedure (Aveoplasty) all the way up to the day of the surgery. Everything changed after I got there. I was greeted and comforted by the staff from the moment I walked in. Even though I was a little late getting there, they were able to get me in very quick. The nurse was very helpful in relaxing my nerves and she was also informative with each step of preparation for the surgery. Then Dr E came in to let me know what was happening next and he was so calming that I don't even remember going to sleep, and before I knew it they were waking me up. I'm still a little swollen but I'm healing well and I have no pain. The office even took time to call and check in on me. I really appreciated that 😌 Thank you so much Dr E and the entire staff. If I could give them TEN STARS I would. Dr. Eichstaedt is a magician. He removed two back teeth with crowns and root canals (a tricky procedure) in less than thirty minutes! There was no pain afterwards (not even an Advil), no swelling, and bleeding stopped in just a few hours. Everyone at the office was friendly, helpful and competent. A special shout out to Liz who assisted Dr E during the procedure for her help, care, and professionalism. If you need the services of an oral surgeon, Belleair is your first choice.
